Lightning - There's not much of lightning going on in this photo, although the model if very clean and clear view.
Photography - The way the photo is been taken is kinda like a old type of photo, telling as that Calvin Klein it's already famous till the 20th Century.
Model - Mark Wahlberg, one of the famous male actor in Hollywood, his international famous, therefore mostly around the world will buy Calvin Klein, seeing one of the famous actor in their acverts.
Clothing - His wearing anything except for a boxer, so i will be guessing that he is trying to advertise their underwear. Telling us it's not all body wear they sell even accesories.
Location/Props - It's very simple posture, a half body shot with his muscler body from body to knees. The title of the adverts "Calvin Klein" is in the bottom middle in white font. Making it so visual in the middle in those type of those fonts.
Connotation :
- His face is just simple smile or a giggle, making him look a friendly person, therefore that kids my look up to him.
- The white colour of the boxer making it very visual with the brand name.
- Since this is a clothe advert, this will be more popular to USA because this actor is mostly know'n in States.
- The why the model is presented is to make him a look not a superstar, that people my want to be like him.
